Water companies are now having to pay particular attention to leakage and even more so those that are visible to the public. This particular leak had been visible for a few months due to its location, the fact that the asset was predominantly encased in concrete along with the high water pressure at that location. Taking all of these influences into account along with the fact that the chamber was only 1 metre in diameter and constantly filling with water, the Hydrosave team were able to repack the valve within a very short space of time using our ValvePAK™ product.
